Originally hailing from Sinaloa, Mexico, Voz de Mando is an American Spanish language group based in Los Angeles. After achieving success with independent releases, the band made its major label debut in 2010 with the album Con la Nuerva Federacion, featuring the popular corrido, “Commandos del M.P.  (500 Balazos).”

In 2011, Voz de Mando was featured in the Academy Award-nominated film “A Better Life” starring Damon Bichir. Subsequent singles “Y Ahora Resulta” (2012) and “Muchacho de Campo” (2013) became crossover hits, garnering numerous awards as well as both popular and critical acclaim.

The band’s sixth album, Levantado Polvadera, spawned the hit title song, which won Song of the Year in the Regional Music Category at the 2016 iHeartRadio Music Awards. In 2017, Voz de Mando debuted their seventh studio album featuring two chart-topping singles, including viral sensation “Soldado Latinoamericano,” which quickly became a hymn of Latino pride on both sides of the border.

Popular Norteno musician Kanales came to California at age 15 with his family from Sinaloa. He is best known for the hits “Leyes De Mi Rancho” and “Trementina” from the album Coronas Doradas. The record also features a collaboration with Billboard Latin Music Award Artist of the year winner, El Fantasma.

Enjoy there for the big dance with Voz De Mando Y Kanales on November 3rd!
