Robert began his gaming career in 1981, opening the Playboy Hotel Casino, Atlantic City as a Credit Executive and was promoted to Senior Executive Marketing Host. In 1986, he worked for Steve Wynn at the Golden Nugget in Atlantic City as a Senior Player Development Executive. The property was sold to Bally’s gaming where he rose through the ranks to Player Development Director.  From there, Robert held positions at the Sands Casino and Hotel as well as Foxwoods Resort and Casino. In 2007, Robert moved to the desert and helped establish a player development department at a nearby casino. He joined the Spotlight 29 Casino family this year to oversee the exciting new changes happening within Player Development. Robert, originally from Chatham, New Jersey, currently resides in La Quinta.

I graduated from Qufu Teachers' University in 1983 and taught in China for 20 years. In 2004 I moved to the USA and began working as a casino dealer, eventually becoming a Chinese host. I can speak Chinese (mandarin), Chinese (Cantonese) and English. Working at Spotlight 29 is a great thrill and I hope to share that feeling with all our guests.

I have been in the Casino Industry as a Casino Host for over 4 years. I just recently moved to Spotlight 29 Casino. Upon my arrival at Spotlight 29, I was greeted by warm, friendly, and knowledgeable team members. After just a few short months was convinced that Spotlight 29 is the valley’s place for gaming and premier entertainment.

I started working at Spotlight in 2004 before joining the host team in 2007. As a host my goal is to create a positive environment for new and current players, and above all, ensure that all guest have a great time. When I’m not hosting, you can probably find me on the golf course, playing football, or watching football on Sundays with friends and family.
